what should I bring to the photoshoot?
Bring anything that helps keep your family comfortable and relaxed—snacks, water, wipes, a favourite toy or blanket for little ones. If you’re planning a maternity session, feel free to bring ultrasound photos, baby shoes, or a special newborn outfit.
when is the gallery delivered and are there sneak peeks?
Your gallery will be ready within 3 to 4 weeks of your session date. I always try to provide sneak peeks within 48 hours.
how should we dress for photos?
I recommend choosing coordinating colours over matching outfits, avoiding bold or clashing patterns, and going for soft, neutral, or earthy tones. Comfort is key—when you feel good, it shows in the photos! I’m always happy to offer styling advice or feedback if you’re unsure.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If your session falls on a day with heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds, we’ll work together to choose a new date or location—your deposit will still apply and won’t be lost.

Are deposits truly non-refundable?
Yes, deposits are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances. That said, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
how will i receive my photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
ARE THERE ANY FEES IN ADDITION TO SESSION FEES?
In some circumstances, there are additional fees. My session rates do not include studio rental fees should you choose to have your photos taken in a studio. And for sessions more than 25km from Paris, ON I do charge mileage at approximately $0.50 per kilometre after 25km.
how do i pay my session fee(s)?
Deposits can be sent via e-transfer to info@timelessjoyphotography.ca. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, and can be paid by cash or e-transfer to the same email.
