Q: Are deposits truly non-refundable?

A: Yes, deposits are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances. That said, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad for my outdoor session?

A: If your session falls on a day with heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds, we’ll work together to choose a new date or location—your deposit will still apply and won’t be lost.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my photos?

A: Your gallery will be ready within 3 to 4 weeks of your session date.

Q: Will sneak peaks be provided?

A:Yes. However, they will be watermarked. 

 

Q:How will I receive my photos?

A: You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. 

 

Q: What should we bring to our session?

A: Bring anything that helps keep your family comfortable and relaxed—snacks, water, wipes, a favourite toy or blanket for little ones. If you’re planning a maternity session, feel free to bring ultrasound photos, baby shoes, or a special newborn outfit.

 

Q: What should we wear?

A: I recommend choosing coordinating colours over matching outfits, avoiding bold or clashing patterns, and going for soft, neutral, or earthy tones. Comfort is key—when you feel good, it shows in the photos! I’m always happy to offer styling advice or feedback if you’re unsure.

 

Q: How can I pay?

A: Deposits can be sent via e-transfer to info@timelessjoyphotography.ca. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, and can be paid by cash or e-transfer to the same email.
